Perhaps you need to log into Medscape first. You can create a log-in for free. They will not send you junk. I get the AF info because I asked to be notified when a study or article relates to AF. This is a good site for health issues.

Mmmmmm ..... very interesting and some pretty radical-sounding observations being made at that symposium. Particularly so is the reference to CHA2DS2-VASc as "hardly beating a coin flip". I bet it will take a *long* time for these ideas to filter down.
