Hope it all goes well for you Karim.

At my hospital after a cardioversion we get a boxed lunch, which consists of sandwiches an apple and something else I can't remember, perhaps biscuits and of course a cup of tea or coffee. Despite having had no breakfast beforehand I find it difficult to eat a cheese sandwich at 10am. That's an indicator of how I've changed over the years. I can remember being on holiday in Scotland about 15 years ago and setting off on bikes for a long ride and our picnic was so enticing we stopped and ate it a few miles up the road and had no difficulty despite it being mid morning. Ah those were the days before AF.

Yes, they should tell us to take our own sandwich.

It's a cup of tea/coffee and a biscuit post cardioversion at my hospital ! Not complaining though as always well looked after.
