This is pretty much what the consultant at the hypertension centre told me.
He tells me that I am not truly hypertensive but have peaks.
Yesterday morning I had 121/72 76 at 3pm it was 141/99 71 and at 8pm it was 174/109 65. This morning it was 133/74 73
One day last week it was 105/65 77.
