Since having my ablation nine weeks ago HR has been 52 BM,suits me fine,No alcohol,decaffe tea and coffee.Keeping every thing crossed that it will continue. Lofty.Dorset .UK

Sounds good Lofty. Is 52 BM your normal heart rate when in sinus rhythm and are you still on any medication?

Hi Jean no it's normally in the 80s ,but still on Bisoprolol.

Good news Lofty you have the right idea take care of your heart.

I'm complete opposite... mine was around the 68-70 mark.... 9 weeks post ablation it's up around 90-95.... my ep wasn't worried, said it's quite common

My rate similar to yours Juggsy , post and prior ablation s. Has now settled mainly in 70 s.
