Not had the best off times in recent days/weeks and consequently my sleep has been seriously affected, yesterday my gp prescribed me some Nytol 50mg tablets and I took one last night and slept solid from 12 till 7.30 and feel a different person today although still having the occasional misfire the sleep has done me the world of good .

Merry Christmas

The world looks like a different place after a much-needed night of sleep. Best wishes for Christmas and the New Year.

It is wonderful, isn't it, when you get a whole night's sleep after several not very good ones. You obviously have a sympathetic GP. I hope the wretched AF gives you a bit of peace for a while and wish you all the best for your ablation in February.

Have a good Christmas and New Year.

It's said that sleep is the best medicine and I've found that to be so true. My doctor prescribed zopiclone for me which I take each night . It still works fine after more than a year of taking it and I wake up with a clear head and feel good. Good luck with your journey, Terry
