That's a good one. I had a huge lump on my wrist which took ages to go. I always used the bruises as a guide to healing. When they finally fade your heart has started to heal.

Arnica is specifically mentioned as being incompatible with warfarin. What sort of arnica was my question, to which I did not get an answer. I used to rate it very highly - both cream and homeopathic tablets and losing it was one of the many downsides I felt warfarin had. Years ago to please someone I took large quantities of arnica prior to a hysterectomy. When the fire alarm went off the following day, of the four of us who had had the same operation, I was the only one on my feet and the rest had to have wheelchairs.

It's no good me telling you not to be scared it won't work we are what we are I wanted to run a mile but once you are in there you are caught up in so much hustle bustle you don't have time to worry people come at you from all sides doing their job you are very well taken care of of coarse they tell you the pros cons they have to but if you have got this far you have made up your mind hope all goes well for you xx
