Dr Gupta's advice about the carotid pulse was interesting. We have discussed it on this site often. Normally my pulse feels a very steady thud-thud but when I am in AF it is both irregular and very considerably weaker.. Pulse taking needs practice. I cannot find my wrist pulse but the neck pulse can be found in a split second.

Thank you for posting these videos. It is much appreciated.

Very interesting as usual but Dr Gupta did not mention Atrial Flutter. I wonder if this comes under the SVT banner ?

Dr Guptas videos very helpful. my husband has had a heart by pass ,and I have AF with the irregular rhythm and pulse, which is between 60 and 110 on Alive core ,all the time .persistant? ,but not troublesome ,now I know a bit more about our hearts. The videos give us info to take to the GP.as between us we cover a variety of issues I have been on rivaroxyban for a year ,since diagnosis.thank you for posting these videos Sanjay
