As I now take Rivaoxaban and have to carry a card , how can I find out what my blood group is ( you have to put it on the card)? GP does not keep this info according to my surgery!

The only way I know is to give blood but guess they don't want it now you are on anticoagulant.

before certain operations they do a group and save , if this applies to you the hospital that you had ghe op may have a record of it and you could enquire ,otherwise Bob is right x

Definitely any hospital where you have had an operation or procedure will have the group. However if that was a few years ago the records might be in archives. However GP should be able to arrange

My blood group was recorded when I was pregnant. O rh neg and my sons are the same. 3 universal donors. This is the blood they can use on anyone n an emergency.
