R test

After talking to my cardiologist he has recommended I do an R test. I've been getting loads of palpitations / ectopic beats . Had my first ablation last Nov . Be interested to know more about the R test if anyone out there has had it and it was helpful / informative.

Sorry not heard of an R test before. Maybe a different name for a familiar test.

I've taken a while to look online and it appears it is a type of heart rhythm and pace monitor usually worn for a fortnight.

Thanks for the info.

In my cardiologist's letter to GP, he wrote that he was arranging an R test "to rule out any significant cardiac arrhythmia ". As has been said, it meant wearing a monitor for a few days.
