Hi Rosy - It's a bit far for me to come from Sydney but I am very interested in the topic. Is there any way you can post some material here after the presentation ? All the best, Ric

I'll try and do a summary- also maybe John (flapjack) will help- he's good at getting main points down!

That would be great. I'm really interested to know about how much exercise is advisable/safe, but unfortunately I have someone staying so won't be able to attend (and it's rather a long way!). Happy New Year. Look forward to seeing you again soon.

Hi rosyG, thanks for posting, sadly this meeting is too far for me to come but would appreciate any feedback. I have learnt a lot about AF in the short time I have been a member here and always keen to learn more!...Caroline

I'd also love some info on exercise. My cardio said "exercise is good but don't overexert yourself". All exercise is exertion otherwise your walking.

Perhaps you could post some of the relevant points.
