Woke up this morning and at 9 am went back into NSR. So no Cardio Version at the Hospital this morning. So thrilled about that best news ever.

Three months ago I gave up smoking, Drinking Wine, & along with Coffee. giving all of my Triggers Away. I never had one attack in 3 months. Then Sunday night i went into AF I put it down to Stress which is the other Trigger. A certain person on staff is quite stressful & Im putting my AF Attack down to that. I just won't put my self in that situation & will alleviate the problem I'm an Ambulance Officer & the job is trying as it is. Certain staff are harder to deal with.

I will keep you all posted my stress free enviorment.

Thank you everyone for your comments,

Well done, I did the same addressing all perceived triggers.

I would look at changing jobs even if only temporarily if you can to remove the stress and circumstances where it has arisen. I am very lucky as self employed and not financially reliant on just work income so I reduced my working hours by 20%. I am confident that lifestyle changes and supplements have played a big part in no AF for 20 months and feeling so much better.....not forgetting of course the drug Flecainide.
