Hi Higgy, I am not sure but when the nurse checked my ecg last week my heart rate was 60, I felt fine but she said I was in slight AF, my doctor said today its much more of a worry if your heart rate is over a 100 and in AF- Its all a puzzle to me! x

I have had similar symptoms, I can be in AF for 24 hours. Resting HR around 50, but if I climb stairs or exercise my HR will climb v rapidly. I can usually tell by feeling out of breath if I climb stairs or feeling dizzy when I stand up quickly. I can confirm AF by feeling my pulse, when in AF I feel two or three very fast beats, a few regular beats then fast and so on. I can have very few symptoms but be in AF. Hope this helps.

Drugs don't cure AF. Just stop taking it and see for yourself.
