Hi can anyone help please I really can't remember if I toke my tablet and had an AF episode for about 20 hours yesterday what should I do. Should I take another tablet or maybe half of one. Really worried as I had a stroke before I was on any medication.

If you took today's then you caught up. It has a short life so whatever happened yesterday is gone and forgotten.
To make sure this never happens again go to Boots and buy a seven day pill box and load it up each week.
Hi the problem is I am in holiday in mexico and they are 6 hours behind so it's 12.30 here and I take it at there time while here which is 9 in morning. I just really can't remember as having to take work related calls at time. So don't know if maybe I should take half ? Worried as had a long episode of AF day before.
just take as normal from now and agree with Bob do something that helps you check what youve taken even if its only write it down and tick it off when taken.
You are safer missing one than accidentally taking two. We've all had that concern, partly because taking these meds become so automatic that we forget if we've done it. But really best to have the 7 day pill box going to avoid mistakes.
It's so easy to do... But please, folks, remember the Pharmacist for the answer to this sort of query. Particularly the one who usually dispenses your medication and should therefore know you & your condition.
