Just wrote a long post telling you that it hasnt worked for me, googled

it but said 'not found'. Lost the post as well, Im just having a really bad

day. Probably shouldnt have cleaned the cooker.

I just googled it and there are sign posts everywhere. it was the thrust of arrhythmia awareness week for several years up to 2013 at least and is on both AF-A and Heart Rhythm Charity websites.

Hope you can find it now. If you had an AGA you wouldn't need to clean it as it cleans itself. lol

Wow ! This is one of the best fact sheets I have read . Everyone should be given a copy . I have a v feint pulse and usually find it eventually from my temples ( not mentioned ) I had no idea about the elbow and knee points . This is basic stuff that we should be told from an early age .
