Losing weight?

One tried and tested method in my family is to avoid eating carbs and fats at the same meal (or within two hours following). Have fat foods (meat, fish, eggs, nuts, dairy) with green veg, salads, Quorn, olives, tomatoes, berries, herbs, spices, seasoning; OR have carbs (fruit, jacket potatoes, whole grains, wholemeal cereals, beans/pulses) with green veg, salads etc. AVOID refined cereals and any processed foods if at all possible.

Mixing carbs and fats means that the body uses the fat for energy and stores the carbs (as fat!).

I know this works and hope it will for anyone trying to lose weight.

Best of luck!

Tony
