I found this very useful page on the NOAC's giving details of kidney function, starting, changing and undergoing surgical procedures with these drugs. Thought I would share it for those who haven't seen it.

Thanks Finvola. I didn't understand a lot of the article, but it certainly made me think, or maybe rethink, about the NOACs.

it is slightly out of date as there is now a reversal agent- otherwise very useful
