Hi Suzi, Just having a quick look at my emails before going out for Boxing

day meal to our daughters. Hope you too had a lovely day. My started out

good took dog for a walk lovely morning, plenty of people about it was

nice, invited in to neighbours for a glass of something warming, I resisted.

Got home a little stressed because of the delay wanted to have the veggies

done by now etc etc, heart started picking up and there it goes into af.

I have had a few warnings but ignored them cannot put my life on hold.

Anyway luckily elder daughter to the rescue and we managed but I was

absolutely shattered and still am today. This is 8 weeks post ablation and

I know it can happen but feel a bit deflated. Anyway onward and upward

enjoy the rest if the holiday. On a sombre note I have a friend who has

just refused further chemo, not working for her. Talking to her is quite

inspiring and has made me put things in prospective.
