Hi all, I just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a healthy happy 2015. It's already Christmas Day here in Australia but wanted to say hi to everyone and mention how much this community has helped me understand and reduce my anxiety with my AF. God Bless you all. Deelan

Merry Christmas to you - we've had Christmas Day at our house today as it was the only time the family could get together. I'm just waiting for the dishwasher to finish so I can put the next load in, and then another lull before I do another load.

I have much appreciated all the advice and wise words on the forum, but I've also come to understand my own view of AF all the better by writing about it and realising that some of what I thought was not very rational.

Happy Christmas to you to Deelan. I'm also in Australia (Canberra). I've had a nice AF-free day. One suspicious five second flutter yesterday, but that didn't stop me from going on to enjoy a wine and a beer.

Same to you , I am in UK but my daughter has lived in Sydney for 10 yrs now ., still not used to a hot xmas lol stay well x
