If you feel well enough I would suggest that you ring them tomorrow or on Monday. If your result is very low they will probably be seeing you every week. I take 6 daily to get me over 2. I was their star patient as I achieved stable 2.5 very easily. Then I went on a diet to prepare for ablation and the next result was 1.4. It has been a slow 4 weeks to get to 1.9 to-day. I didn't realise that cutting out added sugar to lose weight would have such a dramatic effect.

I hope that you will feel better tomorrow.

Yes it will affect INR because you've had a pretty major dietry change/reduced or changed intake. I would call them and tell them see what they say.

Sorry to hear you've been unwell and hope you are feeling better now. I had a similar problem over Xmas and found it was a couple of weeks before my INR stabilised. Unfortunately I'm not in a position to self test so had to go back to the surgery every 3-4 days initially. Based on my experience, I agree with the comments above; it would be a good idea to have your INR checked again, if you haven't already.
