Thank you for that Bob I am having ablation on the 23rd of July in St.thomas by Dr.Mathew Wright and I am very anxious as have Diabetes and Addisons disease along with thyroid probs it seems someone dropped a stitch in my endocrine system having said that I am well and fairly fit but the PAF is coming very regular and lasting for up to 18 hours and feel I have no other options, I am on treatment but this does not seem to be working, although I have had PAF for 3 tears initially much milder I knew very little about it until I came across this site with real people in the same boat well done who ever set it up and thank you Best wishes Hazel
