Glad to hear it's all over and that you are in NSR. I will look forward to your report on the procedure when you feel a little better. Sit and relax for a few days. after my first ablation I was extremely tired for the first

week, a little tired for the second and then picked up and back to work on the third. Big hug.

MammaCass,

I hope you have a peaceful night and wake up feeling much stronger and less fragile. Easy does it for the next week or two, hopefully the sun will shine and lift your spirit.

Such good news and a speeding recovery. What I am finding the hardest is to rest but a huge must. Keep in touch.

Hope you are feeling better today and that you are taking it easy and being looked after.

I seem to remember that you were having it done in Bristol which is my local hospital so look forward to hearing more about your experience when you feel up to it. Who did your ablation? Take care and get plenty of rest.

Thanks. Do they always do a Toe even if you have been on an anticoagulantand was it done under sedation or GA?. Did you have the choice?

MammaCass profile image
MammaCass in reply to stormcloud

As far as I am aware, yes, they like to make sure there's no clots in the appendage. Initially I was told GA but when I got my pre op letter it was changed to sedation, either way you dont know too much about whats going on
