Y have Been treated for AF and my pulse is fairly normal now on warfarin and bisoprolol but my question is. Does anyone know what it means t

The first reading at the top is the pressure in the system after the heart has pumped. The second figure is the pressure in the system when it's relaxed or finished its beat.

These days they treat both readings separately, in my day we used to virtually ignore the top figure and only worry about the bottom one. That was many years ago. Lol the other thing is beta blockers are also used to treat high blood pressure. You can ask your dr about the af but presumably it has been picked up on an ECG even if you don't have any symptoms. Also your pulse doesn't have to be fast to be in af you can get it with a slow pulse as well
