You are typing in the heading, start again and type new to site in the heading, then your question underneath

Hi Sophie, there is only space for 140 characters in the first box. However, if you scroll down, you will see a box for additional info. If you give a brief description of your query in the first box and then a more detailed description in the second box then you will be able to ask your question.
