Born 1955:
I was not a well person as a boy at school. I was pretty much off school every term with a chest complaint for a week or two. In my senior school years I was playing Hockey, Rugby and cross country for the school. which I did well some days and was a waste of time another. It was not until I was in early twenties that a locum doctor diagnosed I was asthmatic and started using inhalers which made a difference to the bad days. At around the same time I noticed my heart was beating a little strange and went back to my original doctor to be told that it was my inhalers and do not worry about it even though it was happening before I used them? It was not until 1992 that I was in hospital because I was admitted with Double Pneumonia and was told that they had concerns with my heart as I was in AF. They looked at me very old fashioned when I told them that I had it for years and was told "Not to worry about it" 9) Cardioversions, 1) Angiogram (Allergic reaction to iodine) 2) ablations and waiting for another. A total of 14 prescriptions a month (not all for my heart I was in ICU with lung failure for 32 days in 2008) awaiting trials and tests for Anderson-Farby Disease which may answer all previous?
