Short term disability

Took a new job and learning three new programs and dozens of new procedures wasn't possible. I recognized some fog with words and such before, but didn't realize how much it would impact learning. I filled for STD simply to protect myself. I was having panic attacks trying to learn the new job. Hopefully return to old job and limp another year to 65 and then retire.

You might try adding magnesium and HMB to your supplement regimen

From Dr. G00gle HMB is a metabolite of the amino acid leucine and is often taken as a supplement. Research suggests HMB may offer benefits such as increased muscle growth, reduced muscle breakdown, and improved exercise recovery. Additionally, some studies indicate HMB may have positive effects on cognitive function and may even help prevent the progression of Alzheimer's disease, according to Rush University System for Health.

Some doctors prescribe Ritalin or Adderol to their patients to help with fatigue and brain fog.😉

You may want to update your bio to include details of your ADT. How long have you been on it? Are you on any second line treatment? Brain fog comes with the territory. I haven’t heard of anything that will counteract it. Going back to your old job may be the best, especially if you only have a year left. I was a contractor/carpenter and I couldn’t build a chicken coop now.

So maybe you can build me an ex-wife coop instead?

Consider asking about Provigil. I've been on it about 4 years, usually one 200mg/day during the week, helps a lot.
