Normally HER2 tends to be considered only for breast cancer, but in this case report it helped a 60-year-old veteran with an aggressive prostate cancer to, at least temporary (but we hope permanently), postone hospice by 9 months (and counting). It was the first time trastuzumab deruxtecan (try saying that three times fast!), or T-DXd for short, was used for prostate cancer
