Dad’s genetic testing report - any insights please

Got this NGS report from the genetic testing lab for dad , 83.

He has metastates to various bones but no organs.

Currently on Orgovyx and Xtandi 120 mg. Seems to be tolerating them well apart from hot flashes.

Will be doing bloodwork this week and meeting the MO
