New PET/CT since starting lynparza in May

Please see my bio for my dad's history. He has been on lynparza since early May 2024. This is from his PET/CT scan done yesterday and it appears a mix of positive/negative news. Just looking for any thoughts/input on this and wondering if there is anything else I need to ask his MO at his appointment this Friday. Also, most recent PSA on 7/9 was 3.9 down from 11.5 on 5/3. Thank you.

I too am on Lynparza, I started in December of 2023. I had immediate results and have no new mets or growth on existing spots. Doctor lowered dose to 3/4 dose. Every body is different. Hope it works out for him

Started Lynparza in June. Will get my first blood test this Friday. So far not too many side effects. A little nausea. Is anyone having side effects.

My dad was having a lot of nausea and his MO prescribed the Sancuso transdermal patch which seems to have helped
