consider it in case, actinium seems safer and more effective than lutetium from the preliminary data of the clinical trials

Astatine is a better choice than Actinium. It can be made as needed onsite using a small cyclotron. Actinium is harder to source. But there are several providers gearing up to make it in quantity. By the time these new therapies are fully approved there may be a decent supply chain in place in some countries.

I think we should be safe with our experiments, maybe using some subject that cannot be damaged by the isotopes (or even by any chemical), like Keith Richards for example
