help determining stage

as many people are interested in the cancer stage, I would like to be answer them.

I'm 63

Gleason 4+4 8

mri biopsy (Trans pireneal)

25 cores 12 positive 75%

psma pet scan shows spread to exterior iliac lymph nodes

is this stage IV, as all the literature appears to suggest it is.

hopfully there is enough information for an answer

Most doctors in the West use AJCC staging. You are stage N1.

Stage meant little to me. I focused on whether it was out, spreading, or not. Mine was out and spreading. All the best!

For ref., I was Stage 3bN1M0 with spread to the left seminal vesicle and a pelvic mesorectal node per PSMA scan.

Sounds like a III and still manageable.
