Husband fighting with Stage 4 pca 06/2022

3 lytic lesions

Seen same Medical Oncologist since 07/2022

Received a call from PA after only in this fight for 1.8 years and my husband has liver metastaties

We don’t know how many or how big, as MO has not released pet scan of course we are devastated and pissed off about that

Husband had RP in 03/2023

He should of had radiation to prostate bed but Medical Oncologist talked him out of it constantly and to stay only on systemic therapy and now he has liver Mets, we are praying it’s not neuroendocrine small cell cancer

Advice:

Hit cancer hard especially in the beginning and always follow your gut instincts.

We are sorry we followed just systemic therapy

We are devastated

We are praying we can get my husband liver lopetectomy and ablation

If something doesn’t feel right move on….

Prayers needed please

prayers for you and your husband. I am sorry to hear that it has spread. Besides receiving the scans, were there any other signs that it went to the liver (such as elevated AST/ALT showing up in bloodwork?)

I am sad to hear what you are experiencing. Maybe you should look to add a radio oncologist to your team. Best wishes to you both.

I have been following this and praying hard for your husband . Please ask if cyberknkfe or SBRT could eradicate the liver mets. I will research for your husband as well. Hugs and prayers!🙏 Please let us his new treatment plan and how is doing.
