Got infusion 2 years ago following dental clearance. T score has gone from 1.7 to -0.2 in femoral neck. MO scheduled me for Zometa on 4/11. Do I need another dental clearance first?

I would. Just to be safe. I'm confused, did you only receive one Zometa Infusion ...2 years ago? If the answer to my question is yes, then definitely get a new clearance
