my husband has ogliometastatic PC. He had SBRT and is on Lupron, abiraterone and prednisone. He was never offered chemotherapy. His PSA was never that high. Dr. Kwon says you can’t treat what you can’t see, so we will definitely talk to oncologist about when imaging is needed again

BTW- I was diagnosed with metPC 11+ years ago and found this video informative, especially now that it appears as though I am starting to fail treatment of Lupron and Abiraterone with my PSA has going from: <.05, .05, .06, .06, .09 to .14 yesterday over the last 18 months.
