I think this video would be helpful for people with non metastatic prostate cancer. But I'm going to say that once one has metastatic prostate cancer that the fantasy of returning to one's previous life can lead one to poor decision-making. I have seen this in multiple forums.
So the video might be helpful in a narrowly considered situation, but it should come with a disclaimer. And one option on the table should be that intimacy and physical expressions of love don't have to be like they used to be.
The stark choice is between pleasure now on one hand and longer life on the other - with the understanding that there's a lot of uncertainty concerning these decisions.
This whole question explains why orchiectomy and orchidectomy are typically no longer choices offered to people with prostate cancer. In retrospect I think we will see the strategic decline of these options as having been a mistake.
