Your October feast looks yummy but wharze your sauerkraut and strudel ? Been eating “ late “ season strawberries here … after they pick these , they pull up the vine. It’s a Hmong berry farm about a mile from the house. These berries are so sweet .

Yes buddy get’in it on at the coast ….do’in it … while you are still able. I’m envious, … been circling the drain a bit here lately , one whack a mole after the other. Things picking up tho …. planning a water side ( San Joaquin River ) trip to the handicap facilities near Friant and doing a little nature and fishing. No fish there , but it’s not the point …just wetting my line and enjoying nature outdoors . Inspired by you buddy.

Maybe you could go to a local laser engraving shop and explain everything to get some donated plate engraving. Offer to put their logo on the bottom etc. . Might be worth considering.

Hi, and You're welcome about Dad's name on the Memorial Tile, I had his name on the back bib that I wore in Long Beach PCa 5k, and I just used the same document to make the tile, with a few more added

I had the Blue Bracelets made by a Vendor in Ventura to give out for Sept PCa Awareness month. Btw, I mailed two to y'all this pm 😂

It was tough. Too hot, too hilly and too many sharps bends .... and man the wasps were everywhere. Ugh. I finished in 43:11 (run/walk). Hubby walked it in 1:01.51. How did your 5K go?

I did a virtual 5k the other day for the Blue Believers of Iowa for a PCa guy out there. My event is on 11/04 and so far we have the largest team and ahead in $raising.

Did a mile on the bike path in Ventura and then 2 more last night when I got home. I'm 56.92 miles from the 552.2 miles on 10/13/23, that was the PSA on 10/13/14.

It'll mark my 9th year with #stageivpca

Ohhh, that's such a cool idea with letter punches, but it seems that it would be a lot of labor to set the letters for the over 50 something names there, and then adding more as I receive requests.

I'm thinking when I need to add names, I have the original Word Document and can easily add a name, print it up and re-cover with the clear counter paper over it to make it water resistant

I used a Dymo label maker to print it, as the request came when I was up in Ventura already
