I’ve been on Bicalutamide 50 mg monotherapy for four years . When I received my last refill for 90 tablets, I was given only 14 tablets and told their supplier didn’t know when more would be available.
After checking 3 other pharmacies in Florence Oregon , I was able to get 30 more tablets. Next I enrolled with United Healthcare’s on line pharmacy OptumRx.
When checking on my order today with OptumRx, I was told they had no Bicalutamide and didn’t know when they would be resupplied.
Maybe now will be time to take my first vacation. My PSA continues to remain <.02 with minimal side effects.

It may be time for a treatment vacation but I don't think unavailability of a drug is a good reason. I suggest you discuss with your MO on what you should do.
PSA went to 65 and an inoperable small tumor was found next to the wall of my rectum. Using Bicalutamide 50 mg mono therapy. my PSA fell to less then .02 by the following April and the tumor was reduced in size following an Axumen scan. Have had no more scans in last 4 1/2 years.
