Next Steps?

Good morning my fellow warriors. I have reached another cross roads in my treatment. I was set up to have HDR and SbRT as salvage treatment, but a PSMA scan showed disease progression to more lymph nodes which caused my Radiation Onc. to cancel the HDR. My regular ONC is now recommending Chemo after she does Foundation One on the biopsied tissue, testing to see what may be best for me. She is also researching potential Clinical Trials . Currently I have no metastatic disease to any bones or soft tissue except the multiply lymph nodes and my prostate which are all small and would not have shown up on any traditional Cat or Pet scans. I did Provenge back in Feb of 2023. Any ideas or experience here is very appreciated, Thanks

Are all the lymph nodes pelvic?

Thank you Tall Allen, they are in the pelvis and abdomen. The RO told me that two of them would be out of the radiation zone.

excellent. The various hormones can put it it to sleep for several years if radiation is not a good treatment for you

I am sorry I did not make it more clear. I have failed second gen drugs, most recently Nubeqa. Trying hard to stay s head of it....

Lu-177 can be a great option for lymph nodes only metastasis.
