Hi everyone, I hope you all are doing well. My husband's PSA went fron .53 to .32 with fourth treatment. We are very grateful and bless that he is responding good. Blood work looks good. The only symptom he has is that he feels very tired, but still able to walk- run everyday 3 miles. This Friday he's going for the Fifth one. Initial PSA was 10.88 in the back of my mind I'm wondering if psa will go up when he finishes the treatment. But I'm learning to enjoy today, be greatfull for today, one day at a time. You are not alone, praying for all of you🙏🤍

Let him chase you for 3 miles and then catch you, then I bet you he won't be tired....

P.S. Good Progress - let him keep it up.............................. oops

Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.

I completed 6 infusions last year. Mild success PSA wise. After completion, PSA started going up, so for me it was not durable. Presently doing BAT with similar initial positive results. Sending positive energy your way.

what is BAT? My Joe may be starting Pluvicto this month and he’s already wondering what happens after six doses once the PSA starting rising again.

He’s finished his antibiotic for pneumonia, but his cough isn’t much better; breathing is so labored (thank God for O2);his fatigue hasn’t changed; he’s got that unpleasant yellow tongue with cracks and pain (thank God for miracle mouthwash!); he again has started with the bruising on his arms like when he was on chemo (last dose was in November); his belly is so big (no cancer found there)……..he’s miserable.

We’re with family at the beach this week. He may be right in his prediction that this will be the last big family vacation for him. I want to plan a bucket- list trip for him out west on an old coal-fired train. I retire again in October, so I’m praying he’s alive and well enough (please Pluvicto) to gift him with this. Perhaps this is too ambitious. We want to go to the Packers-Lions game this coming season…..am I dreaming??? I wish I knew more about what to expect and for how long. I guess Pluvicto is new enough there aren’t too many stories of how men and their caregivers are living life post-Pluvicto….

I’ll try to post (shorter) updates as we go…..

I really apologize for this long post, but I’ve got no one else I can be real with. The family only want to hear “everything will be fine!” Thanks for your collective empathy and advice!

BAT is bipolar androgen therapy. See Tall_Allen's analysis of it at:

Hubs is currently undergoing Cabazitaxal but his MO said his next course of treatment could either be Pluvicto or BAT.

Fingers crossed for you, fingers crossed for everyone here! Good thing I don’t have arthritis or my freaking fingers would be very painful 😣

He is lucky to have you...are you sure you are not chasing him with a stick for those 3 miles? You are a great woman

Haha well, trust me sometimes I'm tempting to chase him, he is quite a stubborn man. Thanks for your kind words.

Thank you I'm hanging in there
