A bit hard for me to understand, but I get the gist of it. Maybe you brainiacs can put this in English...

AI to reprogram T cells
Well, the genetic sequence of cells uses an alphabet so to say, and the grouping of those letters are loosely combined in groups so they're using "words" to define or track the groupings. It appears that the use of AI, may be able to go where no man has gone before and discover some things the human mind may have been missing. Who knows... But who cares if it works, right? We shall see. But if AI is handcuffed as is human discovery by not being able to venture down some rabbit holes, ie, stem cell research, then who knows too. Car-T therapy has shown great promise for some, so maybe AI can uncover why, or why also it doesn't work for others. But ultimately we think of Cancer in simple terms when it's not. PCa alone has dozens of different cells types, and not all are included in studies (labs) before getting to human trials, just the most common, but that doesn't mean it's what you have. Each of us is an individual, as is our cancer. So, if and when the AI will be used to diagnose a single patient, for what THEY have, and we've studied (only starting to) which therapy then will work best for that individual based upon their genomic signatures, we will see amazing leaps and bounds in results. We aren't there yet. But who knows where AI will take this.
Read it……. and it’s all good. 😀
