Does anyone have any updates on the AMG trial(s). There was someone on here a while back who offered some encouraging posts but then nothing. Thanks.

If you meant the AMG-509 trial, they continue to recruit participants for the clinical trial slowly. In the first 2 years after the actual start of the trial, 60 patients received AMG-509. I have no clue how many have received it by now. On one Amgen webpage they wrote that initial data readout is anticipated in H2 2023 for AMG-509.

There's a scheduling delay with the next cohort of the CAR-T trial at City of Hope. I'm going to be discussing whether to wait a bit longer for the CAR-T, or to join the AMG509 BITE trial sooner. I recall some forum members were part of the trial. I'd like to hear about their experience with results and side effects.
