In SF I like Dr. Aggarwal, he is really good and a very nice person.
I do not know how much outside the standard of care he is willing to go.
If the cancer has a Pt53 mutation most probable will respond to BAT and Dr. Aggarwal may be willing to go along with the treatment.
Just give a call to him:

or email him at

Thanks tango65,
Dr. Aggarwal is our MO. Unfortunately he won’t do BAT outside a clinical trial and UCSF doesn’t offer one at this time.
Cheers and NEVER EVER give up the fight!
I am also with Dr. Aggarwal. Just wondering what his recommendation was for your husband? Did he give you any directive or thoughts on it? My "local" oncologist is a very close friend. They've teamed my care.
He is suggesting either SOC, docetaxel but perhaps with carboplatin if tolerated well (favorable for TP53 and TPEN loss). My husband never had any chemotherapy before.
The second option would be a very new trial, a PSMA-directed ADC.
Still not supporting BAT for him outside a trial due to unexpected side effects and also being slightly sceptical about it. He is agreeable though if we want to persue it through John Hopkins. How is the BAT working for you?
