According to this newer article they identified 'Rucaparib' as a possible drug for inhibiting the H6PD protein:

And I suppose this phase 3 clinical trial named 'CASPAR' is related to the hypothesis that inhibiting the H6PD protein can reverse drug resistance in prostate cancer cells,

'CASPAR' seems to be the successor of the phase 1b 'RAMP' study, of which some results are published here:
