1/8/23 Aloha, dockam, seeing mastodon teeth among your museum photos led me to ask if mastodons had prostates & breasts. It appears they did. The following PubMed article states, "A study of evolution indicates that the prostate and breast appeared at the same time 65 million years ago with the development of mammals."

pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/112...

"All current epidemiologic evidence and suggestions for preventing prostate and breast cancer in humans indicates that we should return to the original diets (high fruit & vegetables) under which our ancestors evolved."

1/8/23 Mahalo for posting, Adlon57! You're in England? That means you are 12 hours ahead of me because I live in Honolulu, Hawaii. Thanks for having good cheer. My hubby was diagnosed with PCa G8-9 Stage IIIa in 9/22. He's on Eligard + AA; has not yet started on radiation treatment or decided what his treatment plan is. I'm trying to learn lots from HealthUnlocked while I can before I become overwhelmed with hubby's care.

Not quite! I'm in that troublesome wee province of Norn Irelan [Northern Ireland] although meant to be on same time line?🙄🤭

I was "caught early" adenocarcinoma grade 7 halfway through radiotherapy sessions, but still a bit wary of reactions to my colourful medical conditions🥴🤔

Ohhh, hiking in Ireland is on my Bucket list. Saw an ad about Dingle's Way? And looked this up: alltrails.com/northern-ireland

Thanks for sharing. I enjoy the QOL posts. One of these days I’m going to put a QOL tribute post to my guy and the joys we found during his journey. Just haven’t gotten there yet. Keep them coming!

You're Welcome and it's my pleasure, as I get a kick outta taking the pix/vids and making the album and posting some silly Title for the post.

That enlivens me as I hope to enliven the people here. Cui bono? Who benefits? Both the Giver and the Receiver .
