If you need to be testosterone free for the rest of your life, then orchiectomy is the cheapest and simplest solution. But I think most men have great difficulty in wrapping their brains about the permanence and symbolism of it.

I believe the side effects you have and will get are from the low testosterone which is the objective. So orchiectomy offers no advantage there. Also, there is no possibility of an ADT vacation

Orchiectomy was right for me.... Just wish I had added scrotum reduction to the surgery... A big empty bag sticking like a fruit roll up to my legs is bothersome...
