Wondering is anyone is familiar with this therapy? Comments or suggested reading would be helpful.

I had this therapy in 2016 at the Technical University of Munich. The efficacy and side effects of this ligand is similar to the PSMA 617. There is a theoretical advantage since the I&T ligand has a smaller molecule which could facilitate the penetration of the ligand and the Lu 177 into the cancer cells.

Side effects minimal. Some fatigue for 24 hours. Treatment was successful according to 6 PSMA PET/CTs done since 2016. Lu 177 PSMA 617 is the most common ligand used to treat PC, it is the one called Pluvicto by Novartis in the USAnovartis.com/news/media-rel...
