The linked study, and others, show Piperlongumine, PL, having a spectacular range of action against cancer along various signaling pathways in a great number of preclinical studies. This and the interest of so many researchers may improve the odds for clinical relevance. The apparent non-toxicity of PL could make it a no-harm-possibly-great substance.

If Bigm789 or anyone else has tried to arrive at a relevant dosage and found a brand that improves the poor bioavailability of PL please let us know.
