Can you jump on a new plan at open enrollment? Over the past 3 years we have always had the injection in the oncology office/hospital.

Will look into that.

I've had Eligard injections in Mexico since 2019, cost approximately $450 US each time at 6 month intervals. Cost is about the same for 3 month injection.

Where in Mexico, I'm in LA and could travel there no problem. Also, OTC?

I'm in Quintana Roo but you can buy it in a reputable pharmacy without a prescription. However, you'll need an apt with a doc, preferably a urologist to receive the injection. At the same time it would be better to set up an apt with the urologist first and get a prescription to verify what you need. It's very easy. If you're coming from LA then a decent size town such as Monterrey is best.

Did you need a prescription from somewhere or is this available OTC?

See my reply to Plaxsis. I always got a prescription from my urologist to make sure the pharmacy got the right thing. The urologist would then inject me. His charge was equal to about $30.
