My husbands doctor has recommended this clinical trial.
has anyone heard of this or have any information you could share?
He received the PSMA Pet scan yesterday and we have not heard back on results although I can see them online in his patient chart. I’m unable to decipher them myself- we do have an appointment next week to go over them. But I received this in an email as a referral from his doctor.
Not sure if this means he is not eligible for Pluvicto/ LU 177 treatment. We will find out never week, but this might be their other suggestion.
Thank you for your thoughts…

Did they ever do a biopsy? The cancer may have mutations which could be targeted with specific drug (olaparib, rucaparib, keytruda, paclitaxel and platinum compounds etc.)..
The Xencor trial is an immunological trial. If he is going to go that way in his treatment perhaps you could consult with Dr. Dorff about CAR T Cells trials.
There are some preliminary data on Car T Cells , meanwhile there are no data on the Xencor platform treatment I could find.
