Stopping steroids

I stopped taking abritone a month ago and started xrtandi about two weeks ago or so, had to arrange financing . I also stopped the dex steroid, my weight was around 197 pounds, now it is 190.6, is it normal to lose the weight after quiting the steroids ? I would like to be around 180 to 185.

I think it's common ot lose weight when you get off steroids.

Do you feel ok otherwise? If you are on steroids for a long time, even at a low dose you can get what is called "adrenal insufficiency" when you stop. If that were the case you would have other symptoms like very low energy, dehydration, loss of appetite, and nausea.

Some loss of appetite, was on them for about 2 years. Do not know about the energy loss as xtandi will make you feel tired. Other than that I feel good, still work 3 nights at 5 1/2 shifts until I decide to fully and permanently to retire. Hopefully the market will rebound soon so our investments will grow again.
