Initial RP or RT and salvage comparisons?

I have seen several studies showing that FAR fewer RT patients undergo a salvage treatment other than ADT. Salvage surgeries require a real specialist, who likely not locally available for the patient. Other salvage options for RT patients are brachy, HIFU, TULSA PRO, etc. Thus, it follows many RT patients have only ADT as salvage, and ADT not considered curative as is a successful salvage treatment. So, since yes salvage RT readily available for surgery patients, do RP patients overall during their lifetimes endure less time on ADT than do those men who choose ADT? That seems to me an important consideration for men. Anyone seen any statistics regarding this question.?Men with high risk PCa are advised to undertakeADT prior to and for a period after RT...whereas RP patients aren't asked to do ADT with surgery. A number of recent studies seem to show equivalent "cure" results, with brachy boost RT having the best long-term results, but with higher side effect rates.
